Personal Retreats

WELCOME TO THE THRESHOLD OF YOUR LIFE.

A space forged in deep listening; to your body, your lineage, your truth, your becoming. For you,  for ALL of YOU.

There are moments when something in us refuses to be overridden. When the old way no longer holds. When continuing as you have is no longer an option.

And something deeper begins to call.

Ritual exists for these moments.

And yet, most of us have not been taught how to meet them. We move quickly. We push through. We adapt. We carry on. We go straight from one chapter into the next without honoring what has ended, what has shifted, what has been lost, or what is quietly emerging.

But the body knows, we feel it in the aches as we wake each morning, and feel our souls reaching out for more, waiting for you to listen and take action.

Ritual is not a performance. It is not an obligation. It is a chosen act of devotion, a way of pausing long enough to let life land. It can be in the small moments of in between, when no one is watching. It is when we  honor what has been, and choose to witness what is changing so that we can consciously step into what we are becoming.

Without ritual, transitions blur together. Grief hardens or goes underground. Milestones pass without meaning. Parts of us are left behind,  and unacknowledged.

But when we create space—true, intentional space—something begins to reorganize.

What was fragmented begins to gather. What was unspoken finds voice. What was incomplete can finally close.

These retreats are designed as living rituals, spaces where your life is met with reverence, precision, and care.

For the moments that mark a life: Grief, Loss, Transition, Initiation, Celebration.

Together, we create a container that allows you to slow down enough to feel, to see, to honor, to choose. To bring meaning to what you’ve lived. To bring presence to what is unfolding. To step forward not from reaction, but from alignment.

This is not about fixing.
It is about remembering.

Not about becoming someone new—but returning to the truth of who you are, and carrying it forward with intention.

If you are in a moment that feels significant, named or unnamed, this is a place to meet it. To be changed by it, consciously.

What This Is

A deeply personalized, hand crafted and  guided retreat experience designed around where you are and what is asking to be tended.

Together, we co-create a container that allows you to:

  • Slow down enough to hear yourself

  • Feel what has been waiting to be felt

  • Release what is ready to move

  • Reclaim what has been left behind

  • Step into the next chapter with clarity and integrity

This is not a formula. It is a living, responsive experience shaped in real time.

This is not about fixing.
It is about remembering.

Retreat Pathways

Each retreat is unique, but may center around:

Grief & Loss

A space to honor what has been lost—people, identities, dreams, versions of self. To let grief move as it needs and remember how to meet it as wisdom, as an old friend, as an act of love. To be witnessed in the depths without needing to rush toward resolution.

Major Life Transitions & Milestones

Birthdays. Thresholds. Endings. Beginnings. Calling in partnership and dreams, the moments where life asks you to consciously mark change.

Claiming Your Whole Self

For the parts of you that were exiled, silenced, or shaped to belong. This may include a deeper sense of internal belonging, soul and power animal retrievals, integration of your shadow with love and acceptance.

Body Image & Relationship to Self

A return to the body, not as something to fix, but something to listen to. This work supports in rebuilding trust with your body, nervous system regulation with self and Mother Earth, working with shame and societal constructs to come back to your wholeness and Truth.

Shadow & Deep Inner Work

For what lives beneath the surface. The parts that we have cast aside but that have deep wisdom for us. We will explore patterns, emotional undercurrents, ancestral threads, the unconscious that is shaping your life. This is not to fix, but to come back into right relationship with.

Team & Relationship Retreats

For partners, families, or teams seeking deeper trust, connection, and alignment. These retreats support honest communication, relational repair, and the tending of what has gone unspoken or unresolved. Together, we cultivate shared vision, emotional intelligence within systems, and the capacity to navigate conflict with clarity and care—so that connection becomes a foundation, not a challenge, and the way you relate begins to reflect the depth of what you truly value.

FAQ

  • No. This is not therapy, though it can feel deeply therapeutic in the way it invites truth, emotion, and embodiment to move through you. This is coaching rooted in presence, somatic awareness, and relational depth, where we work with what is alive in your system in real time, rather than diagnosing or treating what has been named as pathology.

  • No, you don’t need to identify as spiritual or have language for anything beyond the material world. What is needed is something simpler and more honest than that, a willingness to listen beyond the mind you’ve been conditioned to trust as the only authority. To be curious about your body. To notice what you feel, even when you can’t yet explain it. That is where this work begins.

  • Coaching happens within the rhythm of everyday life. A retreat invites you to step beyond it.

There are moments in life when an hour-long conversation is enough, and there are moments when the soul is asking for something more. More space. More silence. More honesty. More time to listen to what has been waiting beneath the surface.

When we step away from our responsibilities, routines, and the constant demands of daily life, something remarkable begins to happen. The noise settles. The armor softens. The deeper truths we have been too busy, overwhelmed, or distracted to hear begin to reveal themselves.

A sacred pause where grief can be honored, clarity can emerge, old stories can be released, and new possibilities can take root. It is an opportunity to meet yourself outside of the roles you carry and reconnect with the deeper wisdom that lives beneath them.

While coaching creates transformation over time, a retreat creates the conditions for profound shifts to unfold in a concentrated and intentional way.

Often what emerges is not something new,, but something ancient within you that is ready to be remembered.

  • My role is not to tell you who to become. My role is to tend and create a space where you can remember who YOU are.

I serve as a guide, witness, mirror, and companion as you journey beneath the noise of everyday life and into the deeper landscape of your own being. Together, we create a container spacious enough for truth to emerge, grief to be honored, wisdom to be reclaimed, and what has been hidden to come into the light.

I do not believe that healing comes from someone outside of you holding the answers. I believe that beneath the conditioning, expectations, wounds, and roles you have carried, there is an innate wisdom already present within you.

My role is to help you slow down enough, soften enough, and listen deeply enough to hear it. When you do, something profound begins to happen: you stop searching for the path and begin remembering that you are the path.

  • It can be, because you are meeting parts of yourself that have often been bypassed, protected, or left untouched. And yet it is never rushed or forced. Everything is guided with care, attunement, and deep respect for your system’s capacity. We work at what I call the pleasure point of growth—the edge where something in you is stretching, but not breaking. Where there is enough safety for truth to emerge, and enough truth for something real to shift.

  • “When my mom passed, the grief felt bottomless. Chelsea led me through a grief experience over the course of two days that created space for me to process feelings that seemed beyond my capacity on my own. She created an environment that was private, safe, and flowed with whatever arose for me. I can’t say it was a fun or enjoyable experience, but I look at that time with Chelsea as the beginning of me healing from the shock and loss. The effects in my life rippled out after our time together, and I found myself with tools to start making sense of a world without my mom in it. Taboo, forbidden feelings and memories were no longer haunting me. I’m eternally grateful that I made the investment in Chelsea on my grief journey - it was truly a turning point and something I still think about more than a year later.”

    —Mallory

  • "Chelsea is one of the most important people in my healing journey. I went into our two day retreat knowing something needed to shift. I was shrinking, putting everyone else's knowing above my own, struggling to feel worthy enough to claim the title of leader. What Chelsea offered was not a prebuilt curriculum. She met me exactly where I was. Heart led, presence first, tending to me energetically, physically, emotionally, somatically. By the end, I felt rebirthed, renewed, more me. She has this rare ability to expand what you think is possible for yourself and leave you feeling more at home within. My life has been completely changed by her. If you're being called to work with her, trust that."

    —Tiffany, Coach

  • "Working with Chelsea for our son was truly transformative. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and grieving what I thought motherhood was supposed to look like. During his session, she offered insight that felt deeply intuitive, compassionate, and incredibly accurate. She described details about him that only the people closest to him would know. She helped me see beyond the behaviors and recognize the deeper needs, sensitivities, and gifts underneath it all. For the first time, so many things finally made sense. Over time, our relationship transformed. His temperament softened, our connection deepened, and parenting became enjoyable again. I'll always be grateful for the support and guidance she gave us during such a tender season."
