Speaking
I am a leadership alchemist, soul facilitator, and speaker working at the intersection of embodiment, relational intelligence, and the unseen forces that shape how we live, lead, and connect.
My work bridges worlds that are often kept separate—strategy and soul, leadership and healing, performance and presence.
I speak to what is real beneath the surface: the patterns we carry, the systems we’ve inherited, and the deeper intelligence available to us when we learn how to listen.
Whether I’m in a room with executives, founders, or communities in transition, my intention is the same, to create spaces where truth can land, where people can feel, and where something meaningful begins to shift. Where we remember and love from our Soul and the oversoul of a company or team, because that's where the magic is.
Keynote Topics I Speak on
Embodied Leadership
Leadership is not simply a strategy or skillset, it is an energetic and relational experience. Embodied leadership moves beyond performance, perfectionism, and positional power into presence, emotional intelligence, nervous system awareness, and integrity that can be felt. This work invites leaders to trust themselves deeply, communicate honestly, navigate complexity with groundedness, and lead in ways that create connection rather than disconnection. When leaders are truly embodied, people feel safer, more inspired, and more willing to bring their full selves into the work.
The Future of Leadership is Relational
The greatest challenges facing organizations today are not solved through productivity alone, they are relational. Burnout, disengagement, mistrust, conflict avoidance, and fragmentation are symptoms of disconnection. The future of leadership requires the ability to cultivate trust, emotional fluency, courageous communication, and cultures where people feel genuinely seen and valued. This conversation explores why relational intelligence is no longer a “soft skill,” but one of the most essential capacities for sustainable leadership, innovation, and meaningful impact.
Nature as Guide and Teacher
Nature does not force, rush, or disconnect from itself, yet everything essential gets done. The natural world offers a radically different model for leadership, creativity, and change: one rooted in rhythm, reciprocity, adaptation, interdependence, and deep listening. This talk explores what becomes possible when we stop leading like machines and begin leading like living systems. Through reconnecting with the intelligence of the earth, we learn how to move with greater clarity, sustainability, trust, and alignment rather than urgency, depletion, and over-efforting.
Reclaiming the Body in Leadership
Most people have been taught to lead almost entirely from the mind while ignoring the intelligence of the body. Yet our bodies are constantly communicating through sensation, intuition, exhaustion, emotion, contraction, and resonance. Disconnection from the body impacts everything, from decision-making and communication to creativity, relationships, and resilience. This work explores how reconnecting to the body allows leaders to access greater clarity, self-trust, emotional regulation, and presence. When we learn how to listen to the body, leadership becomes less reactive, more sustainable, and far more human.
Working with & Trusting the Unseen
Some of the most important forces shaping our lives cannot be measured or controlled. Intuition, dreams, synchronicity, energy, emotional undercurrents, and the unseen dynamics within relationships and systems all deeply influence how we lead, create, and make decisions. This conversation invites people to reclaim forms of intelligence often dismissed by modern culture while grounding them in practical, embodied application. When we learn to trust the unseen—not blindly, but relationally—we access deeper clarity, creativity, innovation, and alignment with the life that is trying to emerge through us.
Grief, Change, and Transformation
Transformation asks us to let go. Yet most of us have never been taught how to honor endings, transitions, uncertainty, or grief. Instead, we rush forward while carrying unresolved pain in our bodies, relationships, and organizations. This work explores grief not as weakness, but as a profound expression of love, humanity, and transformation. By learning how to stay present with change rather than resist it, we build the capacity to move through life with greater resilience, honesty, and depth. Grief becomes not something to fix or bypass, but a doorway into aliveness, meaning, and renewal.
The Feminine as Leadership Intelligence
The Feminine is not a gender, it is a form of intelligence essential for life to thrive. For generations, leadership and systems have prioritized urgency, domination, hyper-productivity, and extraction while devaluing intuition, relationship, receptivity, emotional wisdom, and care. The result has been widespread burnout, disconnection, and imbalance. This talk explores the restoration of the Feminine as a necessary evolution in leadership and culture. By integrating relational awareness, collaboration, embodiment, creativity, and whole-system thinking, leaders and organizations become more sustainable, adaptive, and deeply human.
