CHELSEA ROSE COTTON

Trust the wisdom of your body, even when it doesn’t come in clear language. Your body knows. Your heart knows. Our work is to listen, and then to act.

Hello dear one, welcome. It’s an honor to cross paths with you.

As you read this, I invite you to pause for a moment… and listen. Not to me, but to your own body. What do you feel? Is there resonance? Curiosity? A quiet opening? Something you can’t quite name?

I trust the wisdom of YOUR body, even when it doesn’t come in clear language. Your body knows. Your heart knows. Our work is to listen, and then to act.

I’m Chelsea Rose Cotton.

I am, at my core, a woman who followed her soul’s longing, one that it wouldn’t allow me to ignore.

That longing has taken me across continents and into the unseen, into forests and ceremony (not plant medicine- although I honor that path), into grief and devotion, into leadership and deep inner work. It has asked me to leave what was known, to trust what didn’t make sense, and to build a life rooted in truth rather than expectation.

I am a leadership alchemist, soul facilitator, a feral visionary, and a devotional leader in service to something much greater than myself.

But more than any title, I am a student of Life.

At the age of thirteen, my teacher arrived at my doorstep. She was “lost” in our neighborhood and her two dogs ran into our house. She is a shamanic healer from the Andean mystic path and I apprenticed with her for 17 years traveling through Peru, Ecuador, and Mexico to learn from wisdom keepers and elders. Initiated into particular ceremonies, traditions, and ways of living from the Q’ero tribe. I honor that lineage through Anne Fuller, Juan Nunez Del Prado, and Don Benito. I was taught to listen differently. To feel the unseen. To understand that healing and leadership are not separate from spirit, from the body, or from the earth.

It taught me to walk in many worlds, including this modern reality.

I spent over a decade in leadership development within a women’s social change organization; designing programs, mentoring leaders, and building spaces for transformation within systems that were often stretched and complex.

I’ve worked across cultures and contexts; from supporting women’s initiatives and advocacy work globally, to facilitating healing spaces, to building leadership communities rooted in purpose and belonging.

I’ve founded programs, built communities, followed visions that didn’t come with instructions.

And I’ve also been brought to my knees, over and over again. Grief and the darkness of what it can sometimes feel like to be human has shaped me. Much of my youth was clouded in “not wanting to be here”. This world felt destructive and hard to be in.

The unexpected loss of my father changed the landscape of my life as well. It stripped away what didn’t matter and brought me into a deeper relationship with love, with presence, and with what it means to be alive.

There were seasons where I didn’t know if I would find my way back Home, or to joy, or to purpose, or to my work.

But I stayed. I deeply listened to my soul, to the trees, to mama earth. I let myself be changed.

And in that, something deeper emerged, a quieter, truer, more grounded and whole way of being and leading.

My work now lives at the intersection of all of it.

The ancient and the modern.
The seen and the unseen.
Leadership and Humanity.
Strategy and Soul.
Grief and Beauty.
Wildness and Integrity.

I work with people—often women, often leaders, often those who feel a deep calling for something more, who know they cannot keep living, leading, or creating from old patterns.

People who feel the pull toward truth. Toward wholeness. Toward a different way.

Together, we listen to the body. We work with the nervous system, with emotional truth, with shadow, with ancestral lineage, with the unseen forces that support life. We reclaim what has been exiled. We build relationship with intuition. We create ways of living and leading that are sustainable, honest, and aligned.

I believe we are all leaders in our own lives.

I believe the Feminine—within all of us—is essential medicine for the world we are living in.

I believe transformation doesn’t come from force, but from presence. From the willingness to meet what is true. From the courage to live from that place.

And I believe, deeply, that if you are here… something in you already knows.

So I’ll ask you again: How does your body feel right now?

You don’t need certainty. You don’t need a plan. Just a willingness to listen.

If there is even the slightest opening—curiosity, resonance, a pull you can’t explain—you are welcome to reach out.

We can begin with a conversation. No pressure. Just exploration.

Because often, the body knows before the mind understands.

And those are the moments worth following.
