These are not practices to “get somewhere.”

Because most of us have been taught to live from the neck up, disconnected from our bodies, our emotions, and the deeper intelligence that lives within us. Over time, this creates stress, disorientation, and a quiet sense of being unrooted.

Meditation, in this way is not a task. Not a performance. But a remembering.
